-Launched clutch sets for Schaeffler Aftermarket (MX) for applications such as Nissan D22, Honda Civic and Nissan Kicks

-Coordination for the launch of clutch sets for Aftermarket projects for Toyota Yaris, Honda HRV and Toyota Hiace applications; planning activities for the projects lifetime using the APQP methodology and coordination between the design, costing, sales, prototypes and tool room areas.

-Validation of steel suppliers for components of clutch covers and clutch discs 
-Project manager in charge of launching the running change for the Daimler Trucks North America heavy duty clutch disc. 
Having activities such as:

•Coordination between the R&D team from Schaeffler Germany and Schaeffler Mexico

•Follow up meetings with logistics, purchasing and sales team for the ramp down and ramp up for the obsolete and new components

•Meetings with clients to review launch timeline

•Monitoring for the price margin and RVC percentage

•Transfer and localization of new components between the IC plants

•Coordination of the new disc PPAP documentation

•Cost reduction projects
