- Pioneered a new division for NCH Life Sciences (LS) in Mexico, making it the first LATAM country to introduce it.
- Executed field trial setups in various parts of the country. Collaborated with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to completion.
- Direct collaboration with clients and international stakeholders to successfully achieve R&D project goals.
- Trained and supervised a team of NCH representatives across the country to perform field services, fill out reports, check proper operation, and maintain customer relationships. 
- Assisted in the creation and translation of biological product registration documents, including COO (Certificate of Origin), COA (Certificate of Analysis), and COQ (Certificate of Quality).
- Translated protocols, manuals, surveys, product and sales presentations, brochures, case studies, bulletins, and training materials.
- Conducted data-driven reports, analyzing KPIs such as sales trends and revenue growth. Also, demonstrated an understanding of CM and ROI.
- Collaborated with the LS US Technical team to ensure optimal equipment performance, including obtaining additional materials, updating software, developing failure strategies, programming equipment, and providing on-site support
