Hello!

I’m Emma and I’m passionate about languages and new cultures. My professional background as an English teacher and Customer Service representative taught me the importance of communication to provide neat and proficient results to clients and students. 

Currently, I’m interested in starting a career as an English-Spanish interpreter. I would love to help people to communicate with institutions from a wide range of fields. I love learning new skills and being self-disciplined.

I had the pleasure of teaching students from various backgrounds and ages.  Output was the primary focus of the classes, in this way, the students could practice the knowledge acquired in the session.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative for Best Buy. 

Helped customers to schedule appointments, and to validate the warranty for the products that they acquired through the company.

June 2022 - August 2022

Camp Counselor for Girls Scouts of Montana and Wyoming. 

 I had the honor of being the tutor of girls from 7 to 18 years old in an English-speaking environment. I helped design work plans for the different programs of the summer camp and created follow-up reports on the development of the activities carried out.
