I supported new products' business cases by estimating sales and finances, considering market trends to know product profitability, achieving successful sales.

I collaborated with the sales, NPD, finances, and design team to define post-launch success metrics. Creating plans with the metrics analysis and reports.

I was responsible for customer engagement by analyzing their requirements and market needs. I created long-term strategies and working relations with a growing product portfolio for each client.

I provided brand, product and marketing assets to customers, trade marketing and to the sales team, to create a commercialization plan, including product launching. I delivered product content and customer communication.

I used to recommend a price list for new products based: on data analysis, products of our regional competitors and profitability. I defined the impact of the different price points and net price and delivered the best proposal to the sales team.

I had the responsibility of coordinating customers’ requests to answer queries and assure product supply according to the forecast, I got more than 90% of the products on time, with the product required changes and good sales performance.

I improved company processes by recommending some adjustments to have an easier and more controlled way to work, achieving simpler and more effective processes.

I was responsible for new products and product changes uploaded in the system, I implemented a new database with all the products information, reducing time of information usage by 50%.

I reported overstock SKU inventory levels every month to product development, finances and sales. To have stock control, my main achievement was to reduce overstock and out of stock inventory by 30%.

I started to collate competitor products with our brand products and NPD by buying competitors' product samples to analyze it vs ours, to know how innovative we were and how our quality was, finding out key selling points for us as product advantages and improvements for our portfolio.
