and training for the operational staff.
-First contact in Mexico with the global Design and 
development department for new technologies, trainings 
and trends related to automotive glass and automotive 
industry. 
-Supervise and monitor quality issues.
-Personnel management.
-Development of training courses.
-Budget planning and development
-Prospecting suppliers.
-Product presentations to potential new customers.
Logistics
-Inventory management.
-Coordinate fleet delivery routs, material delivery and 
supplier recollection
-Contact with suppliers to acquire material and tools 
-Delivery of tools and equipment to the shops
New shops
-In charge of coordinating operations and logistics to open 
new shops.
-Hire and train new shop employees. 
-Provide tools and equipment.
-Manage and acquire Government permits.
