• Lead the operations for Gerber products (Jars, Cereals, Pouches), improve cost of production and conversions cost to increase profitability at business, create Operational Master Plan for short and long time with focus in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Environment, and Competence Skills in our people.
• Implementation Operational Master Plan for savings in Water & Energy, Maintenance, Productivity and Labor-Headcount, Running Wheel per lines vs saturations. 
• Lead Co-packing In-house design flow of standards with labor, machine and cost supports.
• Work and Lead TPM groups (Maintenance, Autonomous and Focus Improvement), Digital solution (Industry 4.0), Leadership Development, Supply Chain, Innovations and Renovation areas. 
• Improvement productivity and reliability process as; Wet, Dry, Evaporators, Reactors, Demineralizer, Millers, Air Heaters, Boilers, Ammonia, Fillers, Blowers, Packing, WWTP, Electrical Substations and other machines in all the factories and business into Nestle (Infant Formulae, Nutrition-Gerber, Waters, Pet-Food)
• Management the budget for Maintenance and Operations, spare part and external services, focused in Zero Base Budget.
• Lead CAPEX - investments in Factory at $7 Mio USD/year as average with Early Project methodology.
• Compliance with internal and external audits; Certification in standards ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 FSSC22000, Cofepris, Local regulations MX & STPS,  TIF-US, Khoser, and FDA leading documentation, standards and instructions.
• Connecting with internal and external stakeholders in way to anticipate actions in the operational business.
• Technical expertise with:
  • Computational systems: C++, Java, HTML, high experience as programmer with PLC, HMI using Allend-Bradley, high experience in projects in design electrical, control and automation systems included PLC's and networks, commissioning and start up in early management; new factory Pet-Food, new process in Baby Food.
  • White and Yellow Belt Certification and Green in process.
  • SAP-R3 high knowledge with Costing, Maintenance, Productivity transactions. 
  • Star-up project with Boilers, Air-Heaters, Spray-Dryers, Evaporations, Blowers, Extruders, Fillers, Cappers, Retorts, End of Line Packing (N2 chambers, Labelers, Case packers, Robots), Digital Networks, new Factory Petfood in Automation & Control, Main electrical substations, MCCs, Automation and Control, Calibrations of Instruments (Flow, PH, Temperature, Pressure, Level, Load Cells, etc.).
  • Review, update and validation of Recipes with Mass & Volume in the operations.
