Implementation of a Dashboard in SNOW that allows managing the help desk in a
fast and efficient way.
Agile methodologies were implemented to make a constant delivery of value to
reduce system errors. Incidents were reduced by 60% by the end of 2020, allowing
us to absorb the Brazil help desk in 2021 and support a new company of more than
200 users in 2022, keeping the same support team.
