Sobre José Miguel Fierros Ramírez:

I'm an English professor whit more than 5 years of experience. I have my online school called Sparkling Languages and my lessons are 100% online through Zoom. Levels from beginners to advanced. 

I'm good at languages, open-minded, organized, disciplined, focused, ambitious, and always willing to learn new things.

I am constantly for new challenges that can get me out of my comfort zone.

Experiencia

Organization: AIESEC in Mexico.

Position: Exchange Participant. 

From December 2012 to February 2013. 

Main activities: Social internship in Brazil, collaborating in the administrative area of asylum. Main achievements: Documented processes, increased awareness of the asylum within its community (through social media), and Portuguese communication skills acquired.

Organization: AIESEC in Mexico.

Position: Financial Sustainability Coordinator.

From February 2013 to February 2015.

Main activities: Financial control of the budgets of our committee`s projects and fundraising strategies to ensure money incomes. 

Main achievements: Standard process to carry out a budget, positive ROI in all our projects, capitalization of our resources, and the creation of financial culture.

Organization: AIESEC in Guatemala.

Position: Digital Marketing Specialist.

From May 2014 to December 2014.

Main activities: Marketing strategies and campaigns including ER relationships, tracking and managing social media and our networks. 

Main achievements: Increased audience and post number through Facebook and Twitter, major impact and reach increasing the number of likes and followers, and most important; more interested people and more participants in our exchange programs.

Organization: National Autonomous University of Mexico.

Position: Volunteer at ER Coordination.

From January 2012 to August 2012.

Main activities: Managing the university´s external relations with other enterprises and organizations, helping in PR activities, scheduling meetings with representatives, and coordinating events inside and outside the university. 

Main achievements: Special cooperations enterprise-university like the implementation of special seminars carried out by the enterprises and hosted by the university and getting more students interested and enrolled.

Organization: Hotel Marlowe.

From August 2014 to February 2015.

Position: Administrative Assistant.

Main activities: Bookings, front office activities (check in- check out), customer relations management, PR representative, suppliers relations management, accountancy, and community management. 

Main achievements: Communication skills improvement, special service to international guests, increased sales, suppliers change, and social media development.

Organization: Neuromedia Digital Accelerator.

Position: Brand Ninja.

From May 2015 to October 2015.

Main activities: CRM, sales, and follow-up activities with customers.

Main achievements: Success in developing 3 projects for new different customers, background in google analytics, google AdWords, loyalty programs, and Facebook ads.

Organization: Holiday Inn Xian Greenland Century City.

From January 2016 to June 2016.

Main activities: Monitoring and assisting in front desk activities such as check-in, check out, and checking the balance in every account, following up on the overall experience of our guests within and outside the hotel, monitoring the IHG heartbeat platform, activities with the guests in the restaurant and executive floor. 

Main achievements: Better communication and good comments from international guests, work and adaptation to a different culture and language, and increased positive numbers in the heartbeat platform.

Organization: Uber Eats Mexico.

From September 2016 to January 2017.

Main activities: Contact, communicate, close, and follow up with the principal inbound restaurants interested in taking part in the app and developing their menu to appear in the app. Main achievements: 15 new restaurants as close won in the first two weeks and 10 new menus and corrections per week.

Organization: Selina San José.

From April 2017 to November 2017.

Main activities: Management, prospecting, sales and event organization at the coworking space in San Jose, Costa Rica for Selina hostels. 

Main achievements: Organization of the entrepreneurship day along with the other coworking spaces in Manuel Antonio, Puerto Viejo and Jaco in which we developed workshops with start ups for free.

Organización: GSU.

From October 2022 to June 2023.

Main activities: Inbound calls/messages/voicemail/emails, Outbound calls/messages/voicemail/emails and Intake leads in Clio Grow Platform, and Customer Service. 

Main achievements: Management and control of the Clio Grow Platform as a CRM, sells increase from October 2022 to June 2023, recognition due to my excellent customer service.
