NPI New Products Introduction / Development, Support/Validations (IQ-OQ-PQ), New Projects 
Responsible as TechOps Mgr, looking for: 
- To be accountable for ensuring all engineering works are conducted safely, including being 
accountable for risk assessments, safe systems of work and contractor management pertaining to 
engineering activities within the plant. 
– Establish manufacturing systems, procedures, and processes to ensure the plant has the 
capability to meet customer requirements. 
- Develop, manage, implement, and validate changes to current plant, processes and products 
/ manufacturing system. 
- Provide technical and business assessment of customer requirements (including RFQ's) to 
determine feasibility supply, including developing samples, prototypes, and commercial production 
capability. NPI 
- Manage the execution of a portfolio of NPI projects, with defined prioritization and 
communication to internal and external stakeholders. 
- Planning, controlling, and executing customer NPI projects from initial idea to commercial 
production, including all activities to coordinate qualification of the required processes to 
manufacture and inspect parts.

Experience/Expertise / Activities and Responsibilities: 
• Responsible for process development, support in validations and process controls of the 
extrusion process – IQ-OQ-PQ Processes Documentation. Products Transfer from USA into MX, 
including equipment/training. 
• Development of work instructions for ISO certification as well as process analysis. 
• Evaluation of process capacity to make new products as well as machine’s improvements to run 
new processes or products. Set-up & Start-up Development, new projects. 
• Expertise to run tubing, several sizes and materials (PP, LDPE, PU, FPVC, PE, ABS, TPU, TPE 
and more). 
• Expertise in operating extrusion machinery (extruders, vacuum tanks, pullers & cutters, 
conveyors, blenders, and more) as well as downstream equipment. 
• Manage & supervise all extrusion manufacturing operations. 
• Direct contact with supplier/manufacturer in the Plastic Industry. Evaluating/Buying new 
machinery and technology. 
• Support for product & machinery transfers & Responsible to start up production of new product 
and processes. 
• Use of SolidWorks/AutoCAD (Extrusion_Die Design, SpareParts Design or Re-Design to improve 
the process), as well as its documentation – Direct Communication with Tool Manufacturers. 
• QA Analysis reports, using software like Minitab, getting results to take the better decision. 
• Full extrusion process control, tooling installations, machines operations and so on. 
• Maintenance schedule and controls, and spare parts inventory. 
• Design & Redesign of tools and machinery devices to improve performance. 
• Process Engineer (developing set-up reports, product drawings, process control, production 
rates and more). 
• Documentation and Controls of Master Files, BOM, Drawings, Packing Instructions, Production 
Rates, Extrusion Parameters (Setup’s Data).
