Current Position: Plant Manager
Reporting directly to: Director Global Solution Sales / Country Manager.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for establishing the necessary conditions to ensure the successful start-up of the first plant in America, Disruptive Packaging Mexicali Plant, through the implementation of commercial negotiations with providers, clients and government agencies. Initial Investment 7.5 million USD, First phase two production lines.

Be the person responsible for Operations in Mexico, as well as the point of contact for the Australian government boar and the Engineering Area in China to coordinate the commissioning and recommissioning of the equipment necessary to new Plant start-up.

Responsible for setting the strategy and driving operational excellence and accountability around safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture leading through people by leveraging Lean methodologies and servant leadership.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, guiding and directing the efforts of all the productive operations of more than 900 HC distributed between the Electronic Assembly Plant and the Packaging Plant. 12 lines of Airwick and 2 lines of Lysol.

Lead the areas of Production, Maintenance and Manufacturing. Ensure the 99% compliance of Master Schedule Program, through effective supervision of production processes and adequate maintenance.

Manage the P&L of the business units, increasing the Factory Operating Margin by 10% in 2023. In charge of the annual budget defined in the area at 14 million USD.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement in all facets of the operation through the implementation of Operative Models (RPS, Reckitt Production System), Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing projects, JIT, GEMBA WALKS, managing to reduce waste by 23% and increase line efficiency by 5%.

Lead to build up the company’s efficiency, competitiveness, and higher quality. Continue efforts to comply with the requirements of FDA, GMP, ISO, etc. and assist with related audits.

100% Mexican company, dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of cleaning products. personal hygiene and packaging of vegetable oils and fats. Brans ZOTE, ROMA, FOCA, 123 Oil.

Position: Plant Manager
Reporting directly to: Plant Director

Responsibilities:

Head of multi-site operations (Plant and Distribution Center), with a strong interaction with the Supply Chain, HR, Finance and support areas, to execute the best operational decisions, generating Total annual Factory Sales of 50,756 million USD. Growth of 25% YE 2022.

Responsible for the asset transfer process during the sale of Querétaro Bunge Plant to Fàbrica de Jabón la Corona. In charge of supervising the construction of the new Distribution Center. Sale value 180 million USD.

Define, implement and lead the achievement of annual objectives, generating profitability for the company. 2022 closed with a Factory Operating Margin of 3,203 million USD, annual improvement of 20% due to the unification of operations between the Plant and the DC.

Ensure the P&L of the business unit and developing strategies to achieve KPI´s targets, driving a culture of Continuous Improvement implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, RCA and 5's projects, generating savings of 1.1 million USD. 

Drive a culture of continuous improvement through the implementation of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, RCA and 5´s initiatives.

Responsible for the proper implementation (in time, cost, start-up) of growth projects in facilities, equipment, re-engineering and developments.

Promote the sustainability agenda through the provisions of the ISO 14001 management system established by the company.

In charge of ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, as well as obtaining licenses applicable to the industry, state, country or export as applicable.

Dutch company dedicated to the food sector (refined and sale of grains and seeds). Plant dedicated to the packaging of vegetable oil and edible fats. Main clients: PepsiCo, Mondelez, Bimbo, Mars.

Position: Plant Manager
Reporting directly to: VP Operations (USA)

Responsibilities:
In charge of all manufacturing operations and in charge of the areas of Safety, Production, Quality, Legal, Regulatory, Sustainability, Maintenance, WH, Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance, achieving Total annual Factory Sales of 38,000 million USD.

Oversee production operations, provide necessary support to the production floor, manage the workforce and avoid flow disruptions process generated by DT or Breakdowns (<1.2%). Analyze and balance the workload capacity for compliance with 95% of MPS.

Analyze business KPI´s targets and trends to direct and coordinate site activities to obtain optimal efficiency and economy of operations, obtaining an OEE of 83%, packaging waste less than 1% and savings of 1.3 million USD.

In charge of directing activities of the site organization to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations. Develop the Best-in-Class culture through implementation of CI tools (Six Sigma, TPM).

Responsible for P&L of the business unit and develop strategies to achieve, KPI´s targets. Direct operations to ensure profitability and consistency with established quality and performance standards.

Lead and responsible for security processes to create a safety culture to ensure employee safety.
Exceed customer expectations in terms of quality and on-time delivery through compliance with the quality management system based on ISO 9001.

Coordinate and motivate all the team members and departments under their responsibility’s maintenance, production, quality, materials planning, logistics.

Position: Food Safety and Regulatory Manager 
Reporting directly to: Plant Manager

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the resources necessary for the proper functioning of the IS0 9001 and SQF Quality Management System (SQF QMS), achieving zero recalls, 96% average customer audit rating and 99% service level survey rating 2018.

Responsible for the implementation of systemic methodologies focused on continuous improvement. Directed efforts to obtain a 65% increase in the sigma level in the critical variables of the process, from 3 sigma level to 4.5 sigma using lean manufacturing and six sigma tools focused on solving quality problems in process, finish products, raw materials and components.

In charge of quality complaint resolution processes using problem-solving methodologies such as 8Ds, Brainstorming, Is-Is Not, Fishbone diagram, 3 x 5 Why, FMEA, complying with response times defined by the client and the plant, achieving a 73% reduction in customer complaints

Manage resources for maintaining the SQF QMS, continuously reviewing the needs of the systems themselves to ensure their proper functioning through internal audits and weekly reviews of KPIs.

Responsible for strategic and daily operations of QA, QC and food safety areas, aimed at driving innovative initiatives focused on zero defects, utilizing lean manufacturing methodology such as SPC (CP, CPK, PPM), positively influencing employees toward a culture of quality and food safety.
Ensure compliance with the quality and food safety standards of the product, policies, internal practices and our customers through the proper implementation and maintenance of the SQF QMS, HACCP Plan, PPR´s and GMP´s initiatives.

Position: Quality Food Safety and Regulatory Manager  
Reporting directly to: Plant Director / VP Quality

Responsibilities:
Support the automation and refurbish process of the Saltillo Plant, validating the structural and building improvements required to accommodate the new equipment and relocate the current ones, guaranteeing the quality of the products on a day-to-day basis. +1200 HC, 20 production lines.

Ensure compliance with the manufacturing procedures for products on the Potato Platform (Papa Sal, Ruffles, Potato kettle), Corn Platform (Doritos, Tostitos, Rancheritos), Extruded Platform (Fritos, Churromaiz, Quesabritas and Cheetos), Pasta Platform (Doritos 3d, Crujitos, Sabritones, Chicharron), Paloma Line and Paketaxo through the proper implementation of the AIB QMS.

Perform data collection and review of key process variables to conduct process capability studies using SPC. Analyze results and ensure urgency containment actions or process changes based on findings. Develop action plans focused on ensuring the resolution of identified problems using statistical process control.

Guarantee the quality and food safety of products by supervising the activities of the personnel in charge +35 HC, including Quality Supervisors, Food Safety Supervisors, Quality Technicians, Sanitation Personnel, Laboratory Technicians and Quality Analysts. Responsible for the Quality laboratories, Microbiology Laboratories and the Sanitation Warehouse.

Building trust in our customers has a mentality of "zero consumer complaints”. Ensure successful implementation of Quality standards, processes and regulatory requirements.

Oversee conducting internal and external audits. Make sure that the quality standards are clearly set up and are overall communicated within the company.

Position: Quality and Food Safety Manager

Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the quality and food safety of products produced at the Mexicali Plant. Potato Platform (Salted Potato, Ruffles), Corn Platform (Doritos, Tostitos, Rancheritos), Extruded Platform (Fritos, Cheetos in all varieties), Fried Tostada Lines (Flat in all their varieties), and Fried Taco Lines (Doritos Taco Loco, Taco Shell). +650 HC, 15 production lines.

Lead problem-solving processes through the implementation of DMAIC projects. Reduce the variability of the processes using the COSMICC six sigma methodology by performing active and passive DOE’s, identifying the critical variables of the process.

Ensure timely communication with clients and consumers on issues related to non-compliant products, preventing the problem from escalating or generating greater inconvenience. Responsible for the quality complaints system and the corrective action system, as well as action plans with customers and suppliers.

Works with Frito Lay, Taco Bell and Kraft North American corporate divisions in the implementation and management of the quality systems as well as responsible for the implementation of the Doritos Taco Loco project related to the area of quality and food safety.

Responsible for the efficient management of the raw material warehouse and the control of adequate inventory of the finished product warehouse. In charge of the proper use of Corn Silos, Oil Silos and railway trucks.
