Mariana Leal

I am Mariana Leal, a Business Intelligence student at Tec de Monterrey, where I'm set to graduate in June 2025. Throughout my studies, I've developed a strong foundation in data analysis, communication strategies, and marketing. 

I've worked at British American Tobacco as a Data Analyst, where I focused on automating reports and generating actionable insights using PowerBI. 

I've also honed my leadership and communication skills through roles like Marketing Coordinator for the Business Intelligence Student Society and as a Peer Mentor at Tec. My technical skills include advanced PowerBI, RStudio, Tableau, and more, which allow me to approach business challenges with a versatile and analytical mindset.

I am passionate about marketing and data science because I believe they are the careers of the future. Data has always existed, but the most important thing is knowing what to do with it to make more precise decisions.

I consider myself a leader, creative, and resilient, with skills in statistical data analysis. I use tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and RStudio.
