Usage of SCRUM methodology.  Creation of new purchasing organization, company code plant, storage locations and purchasing groups.  Generation of new release strategies adapted to the client’s requirements.  Development of functional specifications and user manuals.  Creation of test scenarios in quality client.  Lead of unit and end to end tests carried out at the client’s offices.
