• Built Operational dashboard in Power Bi to visualize the key indicators of a Saas business: MRR, Churn rate, CRR, CLTV, Net MRR breakdown.

• Built a customer report to help sales and marketing team to implement cross selling strategies which translated into a MRR expansion of 15%.
