Human Resources professional with over 20 years of progressive experience, starting as an HR Assistant and advancing to the role of Sr. Human Resources Manager. Throughout my career, I have developed and deepened expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, change management, training, employee relations, and retention strategies. I am focused on aligning HR practices with business goals to drive performance, foster a positive work environment, and support sustainable growth.

I have a law degree with a mayor in Labor Law as well as different certifications in Hr, safety and security, internal auditor as well as IATF, ISO and Environmental quality certifications.
