Launch Excellence Manager

Responsible of managing and leading the new product launches for the pipeline, with the aim of having the implementations in time, quantity and quality optimizing the processes that contribute to the business growth strategy. By increasing launches visibility throughout all the company.

·       Establish a clear monitoring road map for over 40 product in the pipeline.

·       Support on the build of a robust pipeline for the coming years together with the Selection team.

·       Provide strategic leadership about the organization capabilities to deliver plans in line with the teams and business objectives..

·       Engage with cross-functional expert teams such as  Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality for the product launch in Europe & Latam, ensuring the expectations and needs of the company.

·       Project management and plan execution of the final strategy selected, including activities description, timelines, budget, activity owners and risks mitigation plan.

·       Some of the metrics met during the previous year were:

o   6 launches for 2023, the commitment were 3, it was 200% above.

o   Project Governance & process improvement for all projects 3 new meeting format with several teams.

o   Budget goal met to launches 100% for the 1st time in 2023.

o   Establish post launch KPI`s & follow up from Launch to T+12.
