Experiencia
In my professional career I have developed a profound interest in business development and growth strategies. Initially exposed to the post-merger expansion project for LATAM Airlines working on the team that designed the new flight network, identifying internal synergies and new market opportunities. In 2015, worked with a leading team, positioning Colombia as the country with the highest growth revenue in Booking.com initial operations in LATAM. Before COVID, I successfully created, led, and sold a hotel chain brand and its operations that grew to five properties nationwide and a team of 40+ employees, after three years. Finally, I led the effort to strengthen Banco Falabella's value proposition to increase customer engagement in the credit and debit card ecosystem. I am now confident on how I can structure, promote, and negotiate different business models and high impact projects.
