As a production leader in the Volkswagen automotive industry, I had the opportunity to work for a leading company in the automotive market. During my time there, I learned how to lead teams and coordinate the production of high-quality vehicles. Volkswagen is a company that cares about quality and efficiency in its production, which allowed me to develop skills in process management and continuous improvement.

As an Industrial Engineer my academic, human and labor training has focused on the areas of projects, planning and production with 13 years of experience within VW. Planning, organizing and managing provider staff, increasing knowledge and skills; with the firm commitment to fulfill the objectives for the integral personal, professional and work benefit for the VW where I have presented my services.
