Descripción de la vacanteApoyar a la dirección de Seguridad y sostenibilidad en el diseño y la aplicación de políticas, planes y procedimientos de HS para la gestión de los riesgos de seguridad y salud en los procesos de la empresa en Operación y mantenimientos de las plantas.
Reforzamiento de la cultura de seguridad y Salud en toda la organización.
Definir el plan anual de Seguridad y salud con base en las cláusulas y requisitos contractuales tanto para contratos de O&M y en su caso de EPC.
Revisar y aprobar los planes de preparación y respuesta ante emergencias (programas de protección civil) de las plantas.
Revisar y estandarizar los protocolos, para garantizar que se ajustan a los requisitos legales y contractuales y a los planes de la empresa.
Gestión y actualización de los riesgos de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional durante las fases de desarrollo de los proyectos, O&M y EPC.
Coordinar y realizar, auditorías de los contratistas de O&M y del trabajo realizado en el campo, para verificar el cumplimiento de sus sistemas de gestión de HS, de acuerdo con los requisitos de la norma internacional ISO o OHSAS 18001), así como los requisitos legales y contractuales.
Gestionar las no conformidades en materia de seguridad con los contratistas y las partes internas, hacer un seguimiento de los planes de acción correctivos y preventivos para garantizar la ejecución segura del trabajo de acuerdo con las normas y los contratos.
Profesional con Licenciatura o ingeniería Industrial con solida trayectoria en seguridad y salud ocupacional en proyectos de energía, tanto en centrales de ciclo combinado, cogeneración y proyectos de renovables.
Esta persona deberá contar con la experiencia en el desarrollo de planes, implementación y auditoría de los sistemas de gestión, de acuerdo con los estándares relacionados a las normas internacionales.
Contar con experiencia en procesos de certificación y re - certificación de las normas ISO. Competencias técnicas:
