- Execute the calculation of regular and special payrolls for Metalsa México and Proeza, covering administrative and operational staff across 5 plants.
- Provide support and follow-up on the USA payroll.
- Keep the payroll system parameters up-to-date based on legal frameworks, policies, and collective labor agreements of Metalsa and Proeza.
- Perform the accounting registration of payrolls.
- Monthly financial closing activities.
- Calculate and project settlements, severance packages, and retirement benefits.
- Provide information as needed to internal and external stakeholders.
- Offer assistance and guidance to internal and external clients.
- Administer pension plans and savings accounts.
- Desireable experience in handling ERP modules, including Payroll, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Familiarity with the SUA and IDSE systems.
- Knowledge of Savings Accounts regulations.
- Understanding of tax regulations such as ISR, LFT, LSS, SAR, and Infonavit.
- Proficiency in handling Federal and State taxes.
- 3+ experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, especially Payroll and Accounting modules.
- Familiarity with SUA, IDSE, and Cajas de Ahorro systems.
- Understanding of tax laws and regulations, including ISR, LFT, LSS, SAR, and Infonavit.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in English
