Your Responsibilities_**:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are


Benefits management

  • Review current benefits
  • Bring new benefits aligned with people & business needs
  • Simplification in benefits delivery
  • Alignment with New HR model

ER & Labor relationships

  • Terminations & low performance management execution
  • Implementation of new labor laws (i.e. Vacations)
  • Contracts/legal employee documentation
  • Ensure compliance with local laws

HR local policies

  • Simplification, tracking & update as needed
  • Ensure license to operate

HR Risks Management

  • Mobility support as needed
  • Business Owner for HR Vendors
  • Change management adoption of New HR model

Employee engagement

  • Support in mental health program & wellness activities
  • Implementation of local onboarding program
  • Participate in design of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Colead reputational activities with CGA and Recruitment (employer branding & talent attraction)

_Basic Qualifications:
_
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • University Degree in a Business Administration, Law, Psychology
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and Labor Relations roles.
  • Intermediate advanced English Level.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge

However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

  • Workday experience.
