Occupational Health and Safe Senior Specialist

AsOccupational Health and Safe Senior Specialist you will be responsible for mplement, and keep the budget planning and steering process,keep the strong communication with the indirect areas andthe reporting status system, Implement new processes and technology to minimize operational risk to BMW Group and improve Plant operational efficiency, Management Practices to ensure sustainable operations and delivery of projects according to the continues improvement process Develop strategies to optimize uptime of services and budget adherence, Communicate and exchange information and status related to budget or investment planning, targets, corrective actions, compliance reporting, etc.

Escalate topics when necessary in case topics cannot be resolved at working level.

Furthermore you are responsible for, follow the regional steering requirements and implement them, Communicate and exchange information and status related to budget or investment planning, targets, corrective actions, audits, compliance reporting, etc, Escalate topics when is necessary in case topics cannot be resolved at working level, Develop, coordinate and communicate best practices and support each other.

Qualifications:

Degree in Administration, Quality, accounting, or industrial engineering
3 + Years in administration of Financial Resources, planning budget, planning investment
1 + Years leadership experience
3 + Years experience in Project Management, Budget planning, People Management
Fluent EnglishLevel
Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
