    We are looking for an Operations Director distinguished by dynamic leadership and the ability to scale positions and effectively meet challenges to join a global mid-market manufacturing company.

    This is a position for a natural-born leader with the vision and experience to take a company to the next level, who has grown professionally in companies of varying sizes, showing an innate ability to immerse themselves in the heart of the operation.


    Requirements:
    Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Maths

    Proven Leadership:
    About 10 years of total experience scaled in different companies with an emphasis on managing complex operations.

    Coming from a growing company with 500 to 1000 employees and an annual revenue between 50 and 250 million USD.

    Proficiency in inventory control and ability to manage systemsCustomer Mindset:
    Significant experience in dealing directly with customers and problem-solving skills

    International Experience and Global Exposure:
    history of living abroad or international travels and a deep understanding of diverse cultures and markets.
