Now, about the opportunity: In the Talent Acquisition Sourcer position, you'll work with the TD team based in Mexico City. You'll attract, recruit and keep on the search for proactive and existing opportunities within MM, ensuring that our processes are as up-to-speed as the pace we hire. Our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who ensures we meet times and good profiles.

In this role you will:

• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
• Schedule calls between candidates and Recruiters and/or Hiring Managers.
• Craft and send recruiting emails or messages within professional networks.
• Map out individual markets and gather intelligence around specific talent pools, using that knowledge to identify top talent.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Promote our employer brand online and offline.

Experience you already have:

• Careers linked to HR: Human Resources, Psychology, similar.
• Language: Advanced English (must).
• Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer, Hunter or similar role.
• Experience using LinkedIn or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques.
• Focused on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Ability to stay organized and handle competing priorities.
• Plus: agile methodologies, different recruitment software, interview strategies.

Skills

• Ability to coordinate: the ability to carry out maps and charts of candidates simultaneously from beginning to end of a process(es) to move with agility and meet the times.
• Market knowledge: understanding of the labor market and the main issues of our profiles, ability to estimate efforts and anticipate problems.
• Ability to communicate with clients: ability to generate bonds of trust with candidates based on the quality of our work. Ability to maintain fluid, dynamic and strategic communication with them.
• Ability to interact with different working cultures.
