Your New Role

Your Role Accountabilities

Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and P&C Partners to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies that align with business objectives.
Participate in and help drive diversity attraction strategies to engage a diverse workforce.
Keep uptodate with industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging sourcing techniques to continuously enhance the sourcing process.

Qualifications & Experience

4+ years of experience in talent acquisition sourcing, preferably in a fastpaced and creative industry.
English: advanced level (mandatory)
Proven experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top talent.
Extensive knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and industryspecific resources.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex sourcing strategies to nontechnical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Previous experience sourcing for roles in Content, Creative, Corporate, and Commercial disciplines is highly preferred.
