Provide financial data insights through meticulous book-keeping and financial analysis, to allow well informed decision-making in compliance with laws and regulatory requirements.
3+ in-house work experience (or equivalent) in accounting C1 English (Written and Spoken) Degree in finance and accounting field Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and internal controls Advanced computer literacy Your Tasks Ensure timely payments and smooth running of processes Facilitate data analysis, reports creation and accounts reconciliation Manage enquiries and documentation in compliance with business standards and legal regulationsCommunicate with stakeholders regarding payments, timelines and provide ad hoc support Responsible for the import of all bills/invoices/transactions into the accounting book Responsible for importing bank statements and new suppliers' data Responsible for daily book vs bank reconciliation Process payments by check, credit card, ACH and EFT (Approx. 50-55/Week) QuickBooks Online experience - = 3 years + Required Consolidation experience - 3 years + Preferred ADP Workforce experience - be familiar with the platform and be able to work with the reports - Preferred Be part of us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
