    This Role

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our team. As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing financial statements, and assisting with monthly and annual closings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in financial software and systems, and has strong analytical skills.

    In this role, you will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. If you have a strong background in accounting and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities
    • Own the overheads and balance sheet reconciliations process.
    • Help drive best practice across the whole accounting function, working with the finance team and consolidation team to implement and drive controls and process improvements.
    • Produce detailed spend analysis to provide insightful information to leaders within the business.
    • Enhance existing month end reporting process and implement improvement where possible.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Advanced English.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
    • +5 years of experience as a General Accountant.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software (ERP).
    • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
    • Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
    • Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends and provide explanations.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
