    Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish/English)*We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a receptionist


    Responsibilities:


    • Receive and guide patients, both domestic and international.
    • Schedule appointments and manage doctors' schedules.
    • Utilize cloudbased tools like Google Workspace.
    • Register patients, manage payment platforms, and create receipts/invoices.
    • Assist foreign patients in other areas of the clinic.
    • Coordinate with assistants and messaging platforms for medication and prescription deliveries.

    Requirements:


    • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Prior experience in reception or customer service is a plus.
    • Ability to handle computer programs.
    • Be organized, proactive, and responsible.
