    Proporcionar asistencia operativa al departamento de Recursos Humanos, para mantener el cumplimiento oportuno de los objetivos organizacionales y las tareas asignadas.

    *Escolaridad deseada
    :

    Lic. terminada en Administración, Psicología, afín.

    Experiência
    :

    Al menos seis meses como auxiliar de Recursos Humanos    Conocimientos
    :
    • Reclutamiento de personal mediante diversas fuentes.
    • Reporte de incidencias para generación de nómina.
    • Planeación de actividades organizacionales.
    • Conocimientos generales de la LFT y la LSS.
    • Integración de expedientes: Administrativos y Laborales
    Actividades
    :


    • Cubrir las vacantes solicitadas.
    • Capturar y gestionar las incidencias quincenales para la aplicación en nómina del personal.
    • Resguardar y actualizar los expedientes.
    • Actualizar los indicadores de 5S, puntualidad y asistencia de los colaboradores.
    • Gestionar la comunicación interna entre el personal.
    • Desarrollar los eventos organizacionales.
    • Entregar uniformes al personal.
    • Suministrar los insumos de papelería.
    • Suministrar los insumos de cafetería.
    • Asegurar la entrega del equipo de protección personal de los colaboradores.
    • Brindar apoyo a los colaboradores respecto a temas laborales.
    • Coordinar la limpieza de las instalaciones con IntendenciaContar con licencia de manejo
      Horario de Trabajo:Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a 18:00 hrs. (1 hora de comida)
      Ubicación: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León
