    Responsibilities

    The Opportunity:

    Create, execute and develop supply strategies for directs categories analyzing market insights, coordinating projects and negotiation with suppliers and internal users reaching service and productivity in the process in compliance with PepsiCo ́s GP Policies and Governance.

    Your Impact:

    As Global Procurement Supervisor your responsibilities would consist of

  • Develop suppliers and projects for each category assuring best cost (Executer)
  • Ensure YOY Productivity/TCO/Rebates for each category Process (Executer)
  • Develop 7 Steps Procurement strategy for each category (Executer)
  • Develop Productivity projects (Executer)
  • Establish the continuous improvements in processes working with internal users and suppliers (Providing Consultation)
  • Payment terms negotiations (Executer)
  • Develop and follow up of SLA ́s of each category in order to have better services and practices (Executer – Being Informed)
  • Provide answers to internal users and suppliers referent to any part of the purchase process (SAP, Ariba, etc) (Providing Consultation)
    • Qualifications

    Who Are We Looking For?

    Experience

  • Deep analytic skills
  • SAP and Microsoft knowledge
  • E-platform knowledge- Ariba nice to have
  • Problem solver skills
  • Good interpersonal skills (able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)
  • Procurement and analytical background.
  • Demonstrable track record of commercial experience in buying indirects.
  • Temporary position - 6 months period
