What is this role about?:


As a
Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for taking on customer communication and removing the uncertainty associated with unidentified checks, allowing authorized company personnel to view the status of all transactions in real-time.

  • Understand the backend of our client's platform and how to navigate it
  • Quick thinkers & able to adapt
  • Courteous with customers
  • Responsive to the needs of customers
  • Manage help desk software or ticket system
  • Provide help regarding the company products or services
  • Delegate difficult problems to the second level support
  • Full dedicated to a 40 hour work week

What we are looking for:


  • Outstanding verbal and written communication in business terms with external customers
  • Capability to maintain the highest confidentiality around company proprietary information
  • Enjoyment of working with and communicating with people and solving problems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize while remaining calm and pleasant
  • Solid problemsolving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience working at a software company a plus
