ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Position Title: SAP Mexico Early Career Talent - Marketing

Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid)

The Marketing Early Career Talent will assist the Mexico marketing team in executing key initiatives across different regions and segments. They will play a crucial role in ensuring flawless execution to meet business objectives. This role requires collaboration with internal and external teams and stakeholders to manage project timelines and milestones, necessitating virtual teamwork and cross-team cooperation.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

Support the execution of major initiatives of the South marketing team.
Develop, promote, populate, and operate marketing infrastructures at an advanced level.
Demonstrate a high level of responsibility for revenue generation.
Manage program budgets and vendors essential for program support.
Design, align, resource, and promote marketing programs and campaigns independently.
Manage events effectively.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

We are seeking individuals who are proactive, persistent, and curious. You enjoy working on innovative projects that have a significant impact and are motivated by continuous learning.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Recent graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Passion for building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and partners.
Ability to collaborate effectively across virtual teams to achieve common goals.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and focus on achieving results.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Accountability for individual and team goals.
Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative to work independently.
Creativity, enthusiasm, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Proficiency in English.
