Descripción
Responsabilidades:
Generar análisis de ventas referente a tipo de cliente y producto, mediante la obtención de información de los sistemas de Chubbnet y System 6, que permita desarrollar distintas estrategias para mantener e incrementar el ratio de Cobranza y persistencia.
Creación de tableros en Power BI, que contengan información de cobranza, lapse y persistencia de las áreas de Consumo, que ayuden a la toma de decisiones para implementar iniciativas tácticas y estratégicas.
Seguimiento con los equipos de Cobranza y TI para la ejecución de pruebas en la implementación de los proyectos 2024 tales como Cobro en línea S6, salida a cobro diario, solución incidente mercado abierto entre otros.
