Principales áreas de desempeño:
Será responsable del desarrollo y aplicación de procesos y estrategias de mantenimiento para garantizar el envío de datos desde la flota de equipos y personas que tengan en uso sistemas inteligentes de Newtrax.
Acerca de la posición:
•Evaluar y recomendar acciones de mantenimiento para mejorar la disponibilidad, capacidad y rendimiento del hardware y software de Newtrax.
•Realizar comprobaciones de fallas en hardware.
•Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas de hardware y software.
•Preparar informes técnicos para documentar las modificaciones de los equipos y los procedimientos de mantenimiento de los equipos y la aplicación del software.
•Diagnosticar problemas, sustituir o reparar piezas, realizar pruebas y efectuar ajustes.
•Resolver los problemas técnicos cotidianos del hardware y garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de mantenimiento, reparación y soporte de actividades remotas.
•Colaborar con el equipo de servicio de Newtrax para evaluar, probar y validar la tecnología emergente y las mejoras del sistema.
•Proporcionar estimaciones de trabajo para la instalación y puesta en marcha de hardware junto con actividades de formación y puesta en marcha.
•Seguir la política de Seguridad Primero y garantizar que los certificados de formación en seguridad estén actualizados.
•Garantizar el buen funcionamiento cotidiano de las distintas actividades y determinar las prioridades para alcanzar los niveles de calidad de las actividades o los servicios prestados. En caso necesario, tomar medidas y lograr los resultados esperados.
•Garantizar la disponibilidad de los sistemas e impulsar el uso continuo de los mismos para generar un valor agregado a las operaciones del cliente.
•Cumplir con procesos y estándares de la mina.
•Alto enfoque en seguridad.
Carrera Técnica o Ingeniería en Electricidad, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica o afines.
Disponibilidad para viajar y rolar turnos
Capacidad de adaptación para estar fuera de casa y vivir en campamento
Disponibilidad de cambio de domicilio y de localidad
Actitud positiva y espíritu de colaboración
Experiencia deseable de 2 a 5 años en:
Sistemas de posicionamiento
Sistemas anticolisión
Sistemas de vigilancia del entorno
Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos
Interpretación de diagramas hidráulicos
Principios de radio digital
Sistemas de comunicación y redes
Tecnologías inalámbricas (WiFi, LTE, UHF, VHF,BLE, RFID)
Sensores IoT, protocolos
Herramientas de prueba
