Short Description:
Join our team as an Operations Relationship Manager for Corporate Banking Product and Coverage teams. Execution and oversight of Investment Banking transactions.

Posting Description:

As an Operations Relationship Manager, you will partner with Corporate Banking Product and Coverage teams to execute and oversee Investment Banking transactions across Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Lending.

In this role, you will quarterback key milestones in the deal lifecycle and assist in audit/regulatory reviews and controls issue resolution and reporting.

You will also participate in meetings with Bankers to proactively manage deal pipelines, identify opportunities and potential roadblocks that need to be addressed.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Execution and oversight of Investment Banking transactions
  • Partnering with the Wholesale Know your Customer, Client Office, Bankers and Compliance teams
  • Assisting in audit/regulatory reviews, controls issue resolution and reporting
  • Assisting in the execution of strategic projects and process improvements
  • Deploying solutions to improve client experience
  • Monitoring deal controls to ensure milestones are met and achieved in a timely manner, with breaks and remediate/action accordingly
  • Coordinating collection of nonKYC regulatory documentation during transaction execution

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Prior work experience preferred with a background in sales/client service and project management a plus
  • Previous experience and sound knowledge of investment banking products as well as Corporate Banking products & processes
  • Highly selfmotivated to work independently and on broadbased teams that cross Lines of Business
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong decisionmaking capabilities and the ability to identify problems and work to resolution
  • Ability and capacity to take full ownership of processes

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Comfortable dealing with clients/senior executives on a regular basis
  • Strong partnership and coordination skills
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Proactive/selfstarter with the ability to deliver valueadded support to business partners and clients in a dependable, timely and accurate manner
