What you will do:

Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will have the chance to drive and craft our Sales Force Incentives program.


Responsibilities:


In support to the BUs:


  • Plan and effectively allocate FF resources to provide required support to BUs in collaboration with BU Heads.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of results/support.
  • Coordinate with BUMs to review compliance/complement market segmentation approach, metrics, training and system requirements.
  • Provide relevant information for BU commercial strategy.
  • Ensure that SME strategies within the BU's are aligned.
  • Collaborate with regional SME projects and initiatives to share standard processes and align efforts.
  • Collaborate in local, regional, global initiatives, ensure implementation & follow up.
  • Calculate incentives monthly and quality control checking incentive compensation.
  • Responsible for all Objective Setting (quota) & Planning related matters monitoring and actual results.
  • Consolidate the wholesalers information and deliver the information to DMs on time.
  • Data warehousing development.
  • Analysis of quantitative and qualitative information to identify business challenges and/or improvement opportunities.
  • Cross functional participation with other business units.

Authority:


  • Correct Field Force resources allocation in different BUs.
  • Business processes.
  • Assure that Incentives & Quotas information is uptodate with the latest Sales. and Market data and report on it.
  • Problem solving related today by day operation.

Outputs:


  • Documentation of best practices and standards.
  • Internal and external performance reports and Key Accounts performance.
  • Incentives & Quota training and implementation.
  • Proper functionality of new reporting and data warehousing capabilities.

The talent we seek is an analytical and numerical professional with these main qualifications:


  • University Degree.
  • 5 + years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • 4 + years of experience in sales force effectiveness, business analysis.
  • Sales experience, integral knowledge of the pharmaceutical business in the country.
  • Knowledge of the buying process in private/public market.
  • Proven experience in all areas related to Sales Force Effectiveness & support Incentives, important metrics, CRM, Sales Force Activity, Objective Setting, Targeting, Segmentation, Planning, Sizing, Deployment, Territory Alignment.
  • Experience that proves detailed understanding of the Key Sales Drivers in the Biopharmaceutical Market.
  • Proven experience in working in multinational companies and crossfunctional environments.
  • Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication.

Preferred Requirements:


  • Advanced degree(s) in Business (MBA) or Science.
  • Experience in some areas of pharmaceutical sales and marketing, business intelligence (forecasting)
  • Experience in handling projects & teams.
  • Track record of efficiently establishing and maintaining business processes.
  • Record of success in participation on and in supporting teams.
