- Support all inbound transportation to the Queretaro site for both divisions (Vehicles and Engines) mainly with our budget, providing the finance team with our 3 PL's and carrier invoices on time, for us to manage our forecast and expenses.
- Provide support to management in achieving the Logistics goals.
- Review the performance of the internal KPIs every month.
- Receive and codify the logistics invoices.
- Support the team in Canada for all the "non-stock shipments" coming from, the new projects; giving status, answering emails, and filing reports.
- Support our internal and external audits for the security programs of C-TPAT and OEA.
- Support the operations related to the bill of lading complement.
- Fill and maintain updated reports we share with the other departments.
- Performance of the 3 PL'S invoicing on time
- Operation numbers due to bill of lading complement.
- Cost avoidance // savings.
- Bachelor's degree in international business, Business Administration, logistics engineering or related field.
- Min. 1 years' experience in similar positions.
- Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
- English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
- Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
