    POSITION OBJECTIVE

  • Support all inbound transportation to the Queretaro site for both divisions (Vehicles and Engines) mainly with our budget, providing the finance team with our 3 PL's and carrier invoices on time, for us to manage our forecast and expenses.
  • YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to management in achieving the Logistics goals.
  • Review the performance of the internal KPIs every month.
  • Receive and codify the logistics invoices.
  • Support the team in Canada for all the "non-stock shipments" coming from, the new projects; giving status, answering emails, and filing reports.
  • Support our internal and external audits for the security programs of C-TPAT and OEA.
  • Support the operations related to the bill of lading complement.
  • Fill and maintain updated reports we share with the other departments.
  • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS



  • Performance of the 3 PL'S invoicing on time
  • Operation numbers due to bill of lading complement.
  • Cost avoidance // savings.
  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in international business, Business Administration, logistics engineering or related field.
  • Experience:

  • Min. 1 years' experience in similar positions.
  • Language:

  • Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
  • English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
  • Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
