    In the role of Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner directly with clients to understand their open positions, and attract and close great candidates for their roles.


    Job Description


    We are seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role is crucial for scouting and attracting top software development talent with backgrounds akin to those found in startup environments similar to Airbyte. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting in fast-paced, innovative companies, demonstrating the ability to thrive in environments where tools, methods, and projects require a nimble and resourceful approach.


    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to recruit software developers with a specific focus on those experienced in startup-like settings.
    • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, capable of engaging effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
    • Strong understanding of the technical requirements specific to software development roles.
    • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proven track record of success in filling challenging technical positions under tight deadlines.
    • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, with a knack for adopting new technologies that enhance the recruitment process.
