The Payroll and Accounting Analyst is an integral addition to Divelement's mighty team.The Payroll and Accounting Analyst will work closely with our PeopleOps and Finance team to gather payroll data, perform calculations, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

You are an enthusiastic and motivated Payroll and Accounting Analyst who is detail-oriented and has a keen eye for process optimization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Collaborating with PeopleOps, Delivery Operations, FinanceOps, Accounting, and Legal Firm to gather essential data for payroll processing, including new hires, salary modifications, and benefit adjustments.
- Validating and reconciling payroll data to guarantee accuracy, promptly addressing any discrepancies with external institutions such as IMSS, SAT, and ISN.
- Coordinating with PeopleOps and Finance and Treasury to prepare biweekly payroll, including incident handling, and ensuring the timely stamping of the payroll postpayment.
- Reviewing and reconciling EBA and EMA on the IDSE portal on a monthly/bimonthly basis, along with ISR of salaries and wages during the first two weeks of the month.
- Transmitting affiliation movements to the IMSS (additions/deletions/salary modifications) and preparing settlements and compensation.
- Ensuring prompt payroll payments through the banking portal and providing banking flows and billing information to the accounting firm (SYNVEX) for accurate financial recordkeeping.
- Generating periodic accounting reports to facilitate informed financial decisionmaking and presenting corresponding statements to the SAT.
- Staying current on applicable tax and labor laws, collaborating with SYNVEX and Laboral to ensure compliance in all payroll and accounting operations.
- Maintaining an organized record of documents related to payroll and accounting in Google Drive, prioritizing confidentiality and data availability.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to enhance Payroll and Accounting processes.

Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Previous experience in payroll processing and accounting
- Technical skills in the use of payroll and accounting software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and payroll information
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail
- Conversational English
- 4+ years experience in IMSS
- Experience with COMPAQ OR PAYROLL SOFTWARE
- 4+ years experience in ISR
- 4+ years experience in FEDERAL LABOR LAW
