Activities:


  • Responsible for Change Mgmt & communication services in the D&T Project Portfolio
  • Formulate the strategy and demand capacity for the Change Management & communication D&T HEINEKEN
  • Initiatives estimation with CM Budget in projects of the D&T Portfolio, to enable all necessary expenses and investments needed to move the transformation strategy forward.
  • Lead the change management and internal & external team, and maintain a CM community in D&T and Functions
  • Evaluate and manage the portfolio of changes, including usage & adoption indicators in each project

What we look for:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering or Communications
  • Change Management Practitioner Certification
- +4 years of experience in Strategy and Transformation, Organizational Development, Marketing, Change Management, Communication.

  • English professional proficiency
  • PROSCI certification desirable
