JOB SUMMARY


The ARS Traffic Cons l may have multiple responsibilities with primary emphasis on real time delivery confirmations for Secondary rescues.

This role takes the lead on confirming delivery confirmation for Secondary rescues and is responsible for troubleshooting rescues in which vehicles have not been delivered or misdelivered and follows proper escalation, as necessary, following internal guidelines and procedures.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works with Client Service Managers, Traffic Team, and local call center staff on secondary requests, in realtime, to ensure vehicles are delivered within contractual metrics.
  • Review reporting to ensure appropriate case follow up and delivery confirmation.
  • Properly escalate matters internally as per guidelines in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide additional action or documentation as needed to ensure vehicles are picked up and delivered.
  • Provides support for local call center staff real time and staffing resources.
  • Assist in impound invoice collection and uploading to OMNI.
  • Responsible for entering accurate information in a timely manner into the computeraided dispatching system.
  • Investigate Secondary case escalationstroubleshoot and follow appropriate resolution steps.
  • Dispatch Secondary cases with large Payouts.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This job does not have supervisory duties.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)


  • Other Degree :

  • English proficiency Level B
  • C1 (upper Intermediate to Advance). (preferred)
  • 2 or more years of experience (preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and PC/software skills necessary
  • Strong math/statistical aptitude with attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communications
  • Troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • Strong Multi-Tasking Skills
  • Team player with positive attitude and desire to help others
  • Must be highly organized and flexible, as well as able to work independently and in a selfdirected manner.
