Manufacturing Engineer in charge of manufacturing cell processes and assigned areas basically related to machining, grinding and assembly of mechanical parts, heat treatment and washing, as well as related documentation (Std. Cell).

ave the responsibility and authority to ensure that customer requirements for manufacturing process information are met.

Have the responsibility and authority for corrective actions to be promptly reported for products or processes that are non-conforming to requirements to ensure that no product is shipped to the customer and that all potential non-conforming products are identified and contained.


  • Ensure that equipment is in optimum working condition, quality and safety.
  • Support the achievement of Plant Objectives (Production, OEE, FTQ, Scrap) with their activities.
  • Have a clear and effective communication with your work team.
  • Establish programs of Agreement requirements for continuous improvement in:
  • Machinery cycle time
  • Process Capability
  • First time quality
  • Failsafe devices
  • Rapid model changeovers
  • Process related waste
  • Documentation development and maintenance
  • Train and coach your employees to improve multiskill processes
  • Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance program of your equipment
  • Ensure that the TPM of your equipment is complied with.
  • Ensure that production is being performed according to the established process (startup, mastering, first part registration, etc.).
  • Work with high performance teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Properly manage your staff, (Training, development plans, categories, multiskills, compliance with internal work rules, attendance controls).
  • Maintain a healthy and adequate work environment (Nom 035).
  • To comply with the systems of: Quality/ IATF16949, Environmental ISO14001 Safety ISO 4500
  • Is responsible for complying with and following up on environmental, health and safety guidelines, policies and procedures related to the activities of its operation.
  • Is responsible for complying with the legal requirements applicable to the operations carried out in their areas.
  • It is an obligation to comply with the Internal Work Rules and Values of the company.
  • I have the obligation and responsibility to support the objectives related to the plant's goals delegated by my supervisor or superior command, as long as it does not put my health and/or safety at risk.

  • Monitoring Form / Check Sheet
  • Visual Aid
  • Process Audit (Quality Checks / Gage Instructions)
  • Tool List (Tool List)
  • Inspection Diagram
  • PAPP Development
  • Development / installation of new projects
  • Evaluation of new process machinery technologies
  • Evaluation of machinery through divisional procedures MQ1 and MQ
  • Documentation maintenance (APQP)
