Job Summary:

Main support of the Executives in the preparation of reports, agenda management, projects, events and control of expenses.


Job contributions and key responsibilities:


Administrative Support to CEO's Executive Business Partner

  • Support to organize and schedule meetings and appointments as directed by the Executive Business Partner.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Book travel arrangements for CEO, CHRO and Strategy VP
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports for CEO, CHRO and Strategy VP
  • Research and creates presentations to support the CHRO, Strategy VP and CEO's office.
  • Generate reports for CHRO, Strategy VP and CEO's office.
  • Flight Department
- provides administrative support to RAC's flight department.

  • Develop and maintain cross departmental relationships with facetoface interactions and facilitate teamwork onsite.
  • Supports CEO and CHRO when visiting CMEX office.
  • Supports on plan events, as needed, for internal and external meetings, dinners, town hall meetings, and special social events by scheduling venue/vendor, budget preparation, manage logistics onsite as needed and act as liaison.

Education Level:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Psychology, or a related field

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time domestic and international
