Coordinate the execution of the region's agenda by ensuring the governance of DDIT IM processes. Ensure optimal communication between the Head Americas & US role and the regional team. Collect and maintain stakeholder management lists for the Americas region.

  • Collect and maintain the 3year roadmap per product line for the Americas region. Administrator of the IT Portfolio Management Advisory Board (for requests and projects that are "stuck" and need support from other IT areas or managers to get back on track)
  • Producer of the Balanced Score Card, which provides a RAG status report for the key KPIs that govern the quality of delivery in the region. Create and maintain the "Principles for Delivering as a Community" for the region.
  • Manages the "workshops" to stay close to the people we manage.

Ensures that the necessary business partnering skills are in place in the regional team to deliver at the highest quality.


  • Integrates operational excellence with service delivery. Ensures reusability of success factors from large programs in the region
  • Collect operational dashboards (Incidents, Service Requests) and follow up with the responsible team to improve services as needed.
  • Successful delivery and operations of standardized solutions for the Novartis DDIT IM Americas region that are well aligned to the business strategy and global DDIT Strategy.
  • KPls which are relevant for customer satisfaction are clearly defined, constantly measured, and met.
  • Meeting yearly budget target for projects and operations.

Minimum requirements
- +7 Years of experience in a leadership role able to deliver, report and coordinate multi-functional projects.

  • Previous experience creating roadmaps for portfolio strategy implementation with a regional, multicultural and cross functional scope (planning, execution, workshops, development plans, etc.).
  • Desirable experience executing IT strategy at the operational level by planning and leading the implementation of local and regional priorities. IT Governance and IT Portfolio Management knowledge.
  • Strong and strategical communication skills, able to set target and operating model to execute the IT strategy for all team members. Ability to navigate across all functional areas within a matrix environment.
  • Proven experience creating a playbook of best practices within regional teams to ensure delivery excellence, previous experience of Process Testing and Change Management, Project Planning & Management.
  • Solid Business Modelling, Analytical Thinking and Financial Modeling skills.
  • Excellent coordination, leadership, and organization skills to enable crossfunctional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Able to consolidate data and information from multiple sources to provide a consistent view to multiple stakeholders.
