Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

  • Collect and analyze business requests, including defects, enhancements, and new capabilities for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Participate in and facilitate solution design for the requests.
  • Investigate and analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide business support to all ServiceNow development and support functions.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 /+ years' experience as a Business/Functional Analyst and administrating the ServiceNow
Platform.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, infor mation systems, or another related field (or equivalent
work experience).

discipline/IT Service Management process.


Certifications Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS
  • ITSM).
  • ITIL v4 Foundation.
