Job Purpose:

The services Director will lead a very important advanced engineering and technical sales team, Services Business Unit is a profitable team that is one of the main parts of the Value distribuitor strategy, because trough the Services team we engage and develop our partners and help them during their projects.

Responsibilities:

The services Director is responsible for the professional services sales goal achievement, managing all sales team, included the Academy, support center and professional services sales.

The services Director is responsible for the performance and development of the advanced engineering team that deliver the professional services.

The director of professional services is responsible for the management and the achievement of established KPI as Revenue, Gross profit and Operating profit.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

>10 to 15 Years of relevant work experience

>5 to 8 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees
