    Digital Marketing- Engagement Intern

    Job Description

    You are responsible for

    • CRM campaigns creation based on the learning of consumer, digital and e commerce behavior of different LATAM countries.
    • Implement CRM campaigns, according to sales commercial moments of our Philips Store, market places, retailers, product launches and engagement communication of our data bases.
    • Rating and reviews: Follow up and creation of digital and omnichannel activities to increase KPI rate of the different Personal Health categories (Beauty, Male Grooming and Mother and Child Care)
    • Improvement of your digital skills focused on the Consumer Decision Journey interaction.
    • Creation of performance and analytic reports to find and share insights for business opportunities.
    • Social listening of consumer behavior focused on the internal and external targets of our different categories, according to market tendencies; and share the information with Marketing team for the continuous improvement.
    • Work closely with the other LATAM and global Digital Team Members to learn and apply skills, supporting e-trade, and apps activities.
    • You will have the opportunity to interact with international and LATAM teams to align strategic actions that will have an important impact on our targets

    To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

    • Student enrolled in a local university studying Digital Communication; Marketing, Business Administration or related courses.
    • You are looking for a role which you can make a digital communication and marketing difference to improve people lives.
    • Strong interest in developing yourself as a digital marketing professional.
    • Proficient in Social Media, Excel & Power Point
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Responsible, proactive, autonomous, and committed
    • Fluent English (written and spoken)
    • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
    • Be organized and have the ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Effective communication skills
    • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
