We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Program Analyst to join our team. As a Global Program Analyst at ALTEN Mexico, you will play a key role in supporting global program activities and ensuring their successful execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyze program data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve program performance.
Responsibilities:
•Create and amend contracts in the SOW Library with the other regional leads.
•Communicate and resolve open contracts and mitigate regularly with the other regions and your management when necessary to move the contracts to fully executed.
•Work with the other regional leads to resolve issues an identify systemic process inefficiencies that require resolution.
•Ability to multitask many assignments and with numerous engineers and different teams throughout the world
•Develop and implement standard processes and procedures to ensure tasks are efficiently managed
Requirements:
•Experience in the Automobile Industry preferably within an OEM
•Experience leading and organization operational processes: operational meetings, goal setting / tracking, communications, engagement, etc.
•Experience working in a global environment and interacting daily with other regions and multiple time zones.
•Highly Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
•Must be fluent in English

Proficiency in data analysis tools
