Job Summary:
In this role you will be negotiating resolutions for accounts that are 5-59 days past due. Provides customer service by adhering to a call plan and by demonstrating NMAC/IFS Core Values. Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.
Job functions:
Include but are not limited to: Stays available to receive outbound and inbound phone calls on delinquent accounts, resolving delinquencies by negotiating payment arrangements that will benefit both NMAC/IFS and customer.
Job Knowledge and Skill:
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; BA degree preferred.
- Knowledge of collections techniques, business practices, and related state and federal regulations.
- MS Office intermediate.
- Fluent English
