Electro-Mechanical Engineering Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Holistic Project Management:

Champion electro-mechanical engineering projects from conceptualization to fruition, ensuring projects adhere to stipulated timelines, budgetary limits, and superior quality benchmarks.

Technical Mastery:

Furnish both electrical and mechanical engineering expertise in product conceptualization, emphasizing the incorporation of state-of-the-art technologies into product designs.

Collaborative Synergy:

Collaborate intensively with interdisciplinary teams, including sales, production, and quality assurance, ensuring smooth project transitions from design to execution.

Client Engagement:

Forge strong relationships with clients to discern project specifications, regularly update them on project advancements, and procure feedback for iterative improvement.

Comprehensive Documentation:
Compile detailed project documentations, encompassing designs, blueprints, BOMs, and instruction manuals.

Continuous Evolution:

Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in electro-mechanical engineering, weaving best industry practices into our operational fabric.

Proactive Risk Mitigation:
Proactively identify potential project roadblocks and strategize apt contingency measures.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment, with a focus on electro-mechanical projects.

Proficiency in relevant engineering software tools and project management platforms.

Acute analytical acumen paired with adept problem-solving capabilities.

Stellar communication prowess combined with robust leadership skills.

Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a significant plus.
